Mama's wellbeing services 

Wellness days 

 

At mama's wellbeing, we conduct wellness days so that mamas are able to unwind, relax and look after their health. The wellness days include yoga, breathing exercises, pilates, health checks and talks, scrumptious healthy food and drinks, massages and so much more. 

Training and workshops 

Our training and workshops are designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools and skills to enhance their wellbeing. We create our training and workshops to suit different audiences in social, corporate or education environment. 

Social days 

 

Our social days are held to help mamas socialise with other fellow mamas. It is a time to make new friends. Whether you are young or old, there is always something for everyone to take part in. The days can include; wine tasting, dance class, spa retreat, fine dining, fitness activities, volunteering and so much more. 

Coaching

 

At mama's wellbeing, we offer one-to-one coaching for clients who want a personalised service. We tailor our coaching programs to suit individual needs. Our coaching can help with time management, stress management, career changes, health and fitness, relationship problems, dealing with burnout and much more
